The BCZH-15 intelligent Heavy ANFO Units integrate the transportation, mixing, and loading of raw materials. They can mix pure emulsion explosives, ammonium oil explosives, heavy ammonium fried explosives with various ratios of 0-100 and 100-0, and heavy emulsion explosives with various ratios of 0-100 and 100-0 on site. They are suitable for water containing blast holes and hole loading in open-pit mines. This vehicle is a multifunctional vehicle with good silo configuration performance. Heavy ANFO Units can mix 15 tons of heavy emulsion explosives, 15 tons of ammonium oil explosives, 15 tons of heavy ammonium fried explosives, and 15 tons of pure emulsion explosives on site. The advanced computer operating system can accurately load two different formulations of explosives in the same blast hole. It has a safety guarantee system with over temperature, over pressure, and material breakage alarm shutdown, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The GPS and data exchange system installed in Heavy ANFO Units enables long-distance information transmission and remote monitoring of transportation and loading processes, ensuring the safety management of the entire process from start-up to completion of operations. The supervisory department and user units can monitor the usage of the hybrid vehicles in real time, effectively ensuring that all links are in a safe supervision state and achieving significant social benefits.
