This emulsion explosive production line is a highly integrated and rapidly transferable flexible production system. The core design is to modularize and integrate the entire set of equipment onto four semi trailers, including power vehicles, raw material (emulsion) preparation vehicles, cooling (sensitization) preparation vehicles, charge preparation vehicles, and packaging work platforms, without the need for fixed factories, achieving the application mode of "one investment, nationwide roaming".
This emulsion explosive production line has dual production capacity: the front end of the emulsifier can produce up to 10000 tons of latex matrix annually, while the back end can produce 1000 tons of packaged finished sensitive explosives annually. During the production process, by adjusting the speed of the emulsifier, the bulk emulsion explosive production capacity is 12-18 tons/hour, and the finished explosive production capacity is 1-5 tons/hour. The latex matrix and finished explosives produced are mainly used in engineering blasting fields such as water conservancy, electricity, transportation, and small mines. They have been widely applied in multiple provinces across the country, including Hubei, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Xinjiang, and have played a key role in major projects such as the blasting and demolition of the Three Gorges Dam.
To cooperate with on-site mixed loading operations, the system is equipped with 15 ton loading vehicles, 20 cubic meter transport vehicles, etc., which can complete the distribution, instant sensitization, mixing, and blasting hole loading of latex matrix, sensitizer and other materials at the blasting site. When the emulsion explosive production line produces finished explosives, it needs to go through complete processes such as cooling, sensitization, loading, and packaging.
