The traditional fixed production line completes all processes and produces finished explosives, while the ground station only completes the most critical emulsification process, producing a stable latex matrix (an unsensitized semi-finished product). These matrices are transported to the blasting site by insulated transport vehicles, and at the last moment, sensitizers are added by mixing vehicles to turn them into explosives and directly loaded into the blast holes. This "fixed emulsification, remote distribution, and on-site sensitization charging" model isolates the most dangerous processes in well-equipped fixed stations, fundamentally improving the safety of the entire operation process.

Technically speaking, the emulsion explosive plant is highly integrated and intelligent. It commonly uses intrinsic safety equipment such as static emulsifiers and piston pumps to eliminate the risk of strong mechanical shear from the source. The entire preparation, cooling, and storage process operates continuously under a fully automated control system, with key process parameters precisely controlled to ensure uniform and stable substrate quality. Its design capacity is usually matched with the medium and long-term blasting needs of the mining area it serves, and it is a key hub connecting industrial production in the rear and personalized blasting construction in the front.
