The design of the continuous emulsion plant aims to create a modular and mobile emulsion explosive production line, with the core goal of providing supporting services for on-site mixed explosive trucks and directly producing finished explosives, flexibly serving various mining and blasting projects.

The significant feature of the continuous impulse plant system is its mobility. All main equipment, including power, raw material emulsification preparation, cooling sensitization preparation, charge preparation, and packaging platform, are loaded onto four semi trailers to form a mobile factory without fixed buildings, which can be transferred and reused nationwide according to project needs.

Continuous impulse plants have flexible and efficient system configurations in terms of production capacity. By adjusting process parameters (such as emulsifier speed), different production needs can be met: focusing on the production of latex matrix for on-site mixing, the annual production capacity can reach 10000 tons; When switching to producing finished packaged explosives, the annual production capacity is 1000 tons. Its hourly production capacity is also distinct, with bulk emulsion explosives ranging from 12-18 tons/hour and finished explosives ranging from 1-5 tons/hour. The 15 ton loading truck and 20 cubic meter transport truck provided for this purpose ensure reliable distribution of raw materials and semi-finished products to the blasting site.

The products produced by this system have been successfully applied in infrastructure and mining projects in many parts of the country, and their technical reliability and flexibility have been fully verified in practice. The production process depends on the final product form: if it is on-site mixing, instant sensitization technology inside the blast hole will be used; If it is a finished explosive, it needs to go through a complete cooling, sensitization, loading, and packaging process.

Transportation

Process

A stable latex matrix (safety semi-finished product) is first made inside the station, and then instantly transformed into the final explosive at the blasting site.

Packaging

The product is mainly used in bulk for direct use, with high efficiency; Standard packaging drug packs can also be provided as needed.
