It adopts a main, inclined, and side spiral feeding system with high loading efficiency. Anfo Explosions Truck can also achieve double-sided loading, fully computer-controlled, with a loading efficiency of up to 450kg/min. It has a material cut-off and shutdown function, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Technical description: By pressing the start button of the intelligent control system, and then rotating the main screw at the bottom of the box according to the calibrated parameters, the material in the silo is transported to the inclined screw. The inclined screw rotates to transport the material to the side screw. At the same time, the fuel pump sends a certain proportion of diesel oil into the screw for thorough mixing with porous granular ammonium nitrate, and the resulting explosive is sent to the blast hole for orderly operation. All work conveying systems are carried out under an intelligent control system, forming an integrated closed-loop control system of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, ensuring stable and reliable quality of the mixed explosives.
Anfo Explosives Truck Information Dynamic Monitoring System: This system can collect, store, transmit, and produce data in real time, and can expand video image collection and transmission functions, meeting the requirements of dynamic monitoring management as an information system.
