The underground emulsion loader can be operated using either a vehicle-powered transmission or an external power source, depending on user requirements and blasting site conditions. Functionality can be added or removed upon request, or a vehicle chassis can be selected based on user specifications. This loading vehicle is suitable for underground blasting operations.

The underground emulsion loader utilizes a custom-designed articulated chassis with hydraulic outriggers on both the front and rear frames, ensuring stability during loading. The articulated chassis employs hydrostatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The transmission system consists of a variable displacement pump, variable displacement motor, transfer case, front and rear drive axles, and drive shafts provided by SAUER DANFOSS.

In design and manufacturing, the underground emulsion loader strictly adheres to national and industry standards, using approved drawings for production. Standardized design improves the interchangeability of parts between different models, enhancing quality, reducing costs, and facilitating disassembly, assembly, and maintenance.
