The BQF series Anfo Explosive Charging Device is a mixed charge device mainly used for underground mining, tunnel, and chamber blasting. It is a charging device that uses air pressure to load powdered ammonium oil explosives into the blast hole.
Static electricity is generated during the charging process when the explosive moves at high speed inside the delivery tube, rubs against the tube wall, and collides with the explosive. The majority of static electricity accumulates on the front surface of the hose of the delivery tube, and the potential can sometimes reach 25000 volts. Its magnitude is related to factors such as the charging speed and the temperature of the air in the pit. According to actual measurements and domestic and foreign data, the static electricity generated when the humidity in the pit is above 85% is minimal, which cannot be detected by the instrument. For safety reasons, it is recommended to take the following measures during the charging process:
1. The Anfo Explosive Charging Device must be effectively grounded during use.
2. The drug delivery tube must use a semiconductor plastic hose to discharge static electricity at any time.
3. Before handling detonators, the extubator must ground themselves.
4. Suggest detonating at the pit mouth and not introducing the electric detonator into the working face during the charging process.
