The hybrid vehicle for the emulsion explosive is loaded with explosive materials. After arriving at the blasting site, the mixed materials are loaded into the blast hole to form explosives. If one of the output systems malfunctions or there is a shortage of materials, the hybrid vehicle will immediately sound an alarm and shut down. The intelligent control system adopts a PLC programmable controller, combined with system sensors, to synchronize the operation of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, forming a closed-loop control, making the explosive raw material ratio more accurate, the blasting effect more stable and reliable, and the single hole charge accuracy ± 2%. The information system adopts industrial control computers to achieve data acquisition, data collection, data storage, data transmission, real-time dynamic monitoring, and real-time geographic location monitoring functions. Especially the BCRH-15 intelligent on-site mixed emulsion explosive vehicle, which can be transported to a 50 meter blast hole from a distance, is twice the transportation distance of similar domestic models.
